Home Improvement Program

Holmdel Township homeowners who meet income requirements may be eligible for the Home Improvement Program. You can receive up to $22,000 in repairs for eligible home improvements, including plumbing, electrical, foundations, insulation and roof repair. There is no cost to apply.
