I am a Landlord; can I have the bill sent directly to my tenant?
Yes. Simply fill out a change of address form and request the “Bill To” name to be that of your current tenant.

Note that this is for bill mailing purposes only. Sewer charges are billed to the property, not the occupant, therefore should your tenant neglect to pay these charges, you as the owner, are the responsible party. Failure to pay sewer charges can ultimately lead to your property being listed for tax sale.
